All items supplied or repaired by us are fully tested and carefully packed before shipment, including the use of anti-static bags/wrapping if applicable. If we don’t receive any emails from you within 7 days of delivery regarding any problems with the items, you are deemed to have received the items in full working order and with no problems.

If you want to return items for any reason, please send email to sales@mitkco.com within 7 days after receiving it. All returns should be made within 60 days of date of invoice and be accompanied with its picture and brief explanation or test report of the reason for the return.

If your approved return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange or a refund. You can send the item to the address below:

Please send us a notification after you ship the item out and you need to provide a tracking number. Once we received the item you sent and check the item is in good condition, we will exchange or give you a refund. This will be issued in 2 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, firstly, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@mitkco.com.

We only authorise return of an item in the following cases:

FAULTY WHEN RECEIVED

We guarantee at least 60 days for all the parts purchased here. So if there’s any problem, please contact sales of Mitkco. We’ll provide support for you. Please see our warranty page for full terms and conditions.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

We are proud of our products, but we can't 100% control the shipment. In some extreme cases, the item you receive may be damaged during transportation, so you should check the item in good condition when receiving it. If the unfortunate thing really happens, please provide us with the Photo or video and contact us at sales@mitkco.com. 

The customer should not return any damaged items until instructed by Mitkco. If you suspect your order has been damaged in transit, Mitkco Electronics will require photos of this damage to use as evidence to dead with it with shipping company.

Notice: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 14 days from receipt of products.

INCORRECT ITEM

If you receive items which do not match those ordered, you should contact us within 7 days to arrange collection and return.

If you want to return goods for any reason other than the above reasons, please inform the reason in writing within 7 days after receiving the goods. Then you have 53 days to return the item intact.
